Today was a day for the indoor trainer...unfortunately I didn't realize it until I'd been on my bike, in the rain, for 30 minutes.Ok, so some mornings I'm a little slow.

Man, these spasms have been fantastic! I love my peanuts-paying professorship, I don't even own a trainer (can't afford one), but I can ride mostly when I want (and when the wife allows) since I am teaching mostly night classes...
