What's in your water bottle?
I've been having trouble with leg cramps during races lately. Especially when I try and race more than once in a day. Perhaps I should take a closer look at my race day nutrition.
maybe. i'd look at training first - it's not as though it's too many miles for you. how many training days do you do where you go hard AT++ more than once? or perhaps you could start out by not racing the first race and just ride it. i've read your race reports. you're not sitting in. :)

have you tried any of that minty-H20?
personally, i go for straight up water in races, but like to down some energy drink, any energy drink, between races.
and, of course, i like to take in a healthy dose of electrolytes the night before each race. preferred form is in a nice dark stout.
