The season started, all those months gone by,

Looks to me like on that last prime you got some eggplant parmesan. I would have much prefered you went for the Continental tires prime instead...
Holy smokes!! When I first saw that immediately after the crash, I knew it would be a little black & blue the next day......but that just looks nasty!! Yikes. I hope it heals quickly. How's the shoulder scrape doing?? Will you be back in racing action soon??
It doesn't really hurt, just looks...well, you see!
I rode yesterday for 1.5 hrs. Luckily this is a rest week so I'm doing mostly low intensity/active recovery stuff.
I've got family obligations for the next few weekends otherwise I'd be out there this weekend.

I have been racing for 10 years and have had 3 crashes on the road. Only 1 was in a race. The rest were my own stupidity on a decent.
You are a big dude, lean on people more and stick them elbows out, it works. Even for a little guy like me. People move, you just have to invade their space a little.
Unfortunately in this case the crash was in front of me and I don't think the corner diver was even involved in the crash. The domino effect.
I usually don't have too much trouble with guys trying to push me off line.
Cripes! That doesn't look fun. I hope you skip the rest of the rainbow & go straight back to healthy pink.
Which race was it in? You didn't look at all beat up when we were there.
