Plum tuckered out

Four races in half as many days and I am not happy about going to work this morning! Lots to blog about, but it's gonna have to wait until I drag myself to school and relive the stories with my students. Mike's bridge to the break in the M4/5 crit was the highlight of the weekend for me. I'm amazed I got any photos of it as I was jumping up and down so much. It was nice to see a bit of real racing in the M4s. Like I said, stories coming soon.
In short...
Steinbeck Criterium was a blast. Tons of cash, tons of great prizes, and incredibly well run. Thank you.

And Michael, we all knew you had the legs, but the voice? Hell yea! I hear that Larry King is about to retire and Ryan Seacrest is being considered. Move over, there's a new king in town...

Smackdown...

Watched the women warriors do battle today. No holds barred.

I was happy to bridge to a little break but we came up a couple of legs short and were caught with 3 to go.

Good Fun!

A Little Taste...

of today's suffering

Ok, maybe not everyone was suffering but I took 200 pictures and my finger is really tired.
More later...

Idol of the Day

Today, across Berkeley middle schools, was the math portion of the CST (California Standards Test). You know, the No Child Left Behind brew-haha.

Ouch!

I'm bettin Horner was wishing he was wearing a little more Cotton Candy today.

At least his teammate got the win.

Tired Legs...

Wow...it's taking a few days to shake the weekend's races out of the legs.

First day back on the bike felt like riding through molasses.

Four tired legs shufflin around this house.
