I guess it's time...

to think about racing!

Did a little pre-season status check yesterday (ouch!) and the results were favorable. A 12% increase in MSS power conbined with a 12% loss in weight has everything headed in the right direction.

Guess all those weights and measures are paying off!

  2. Well, you've got to start with some excess body fat ;). As for the process, calorie counting is the only method that works for me. No fad diets...just simple math.

  11. Mike, I'm a counter, too! www.fitday.com I'm down 14% since August. I've got 4 pounds to go to my goal, but last night I changed my goal so I'l be counting a while longer. When you're big like us it's easier to lose bigger percentages. Deficit, deficit, deficit!

Congratulations on the ups and the downs!!!

  13. cool site!

you know, I didn't bother to calculate my percentage until I saw your post. I knew I lost a lot of pounds, but I figured what the heck! Fluffy girls have lots of weight to lose.

Doesn't it feel amazing, Mike? Like a whole new you!

    Congratulations again.

  14. I like fitday, too, but anything over 2% seems a little much for this particular fluffy girl. I might just have to be happy with "stout"...
